Ghana and Olympique Lyonnais winger Ernest Nuamah says he is living a childhood dream as he prepares to represent the Black Stars on football’s greatest stage — the FIFA World Cup.
In an emotional reflection shared via the Ghana Football Association (GFA) media channels, the 20-year-old attacker spoke of his immense pride and readiness to carry the nation’s hopes.
“It has always been a dream to wear the national team jersey and go to the world’s biggest stage in football, which is the World Cup,” Nuamah said. “I just can’t wait to give it my all.”
The former Nordsjælland star, known for his explosive pace and dribbling ability, made it clear that this opportunity is the culmination of years of hard work and ambition.
“This has been my dream since I was a kid, and now this is the moment,” he added. “You should expect the Nuamah you know. I have trained very hard and, with the support of my teammates, I think I’m ready to give everything I can for this nation.”
As Ghana prepares to compete on the global stage, Nuamah’s pledge signals the fighting spirit that fans have come to expect from the Black Stars — and from a young winger determined to make his mark.
