A 50-year-old man identified as Erekodo collapsed and died suddenly at a local drinking spot in Denkyemuoso, located in the Kwadaso Municipality of the Ashanti Region, on Easter Monday.
The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. at a chop bar situated behind a washing bay in the area. According to eyewitnesses, the man collapsed without warning, leaving patrons and residents in shock.
Bystanders attempted to assist him after he fell, but he was later pronounced dead at the scene. The exact cause of death remains unknown, and authorities have since launched an investigation.
