Prez. Mahama nominates Pamela Graham as new Auditor-General

President John Dramani Mahama has officially nominated Pamela Graham to serve as the next Auditor-General of Ghana.

If confirmed, Ms. Graham, who currently serves as a Senior Partner at Ernst & Young, will succeed Johnson Akuamoah Asiedu at the head of the Audit Service.

The nomination was formally conveyed by the Secretary to the President, in accordance with Article 70(1)(be) of the 1992 Constitution. The appointment is subject to the completion of all necessary statutory processes, as reported by TV3.

Ms. Graham brings extensive experience from her leadership role at one of the world’s largest professional services networks. Her nomination is now pending review and confirmation.
