David and Victoria Beckham have closed the deal on their Miami penthouse, selling the Zaha Hadid–designed residence for $24.6 million, according to The Real Deal.
The couple originally purchased the full-floor unit at One Thousand Museum in 2020 for $19.8 million, making them among the first buyers at the iconic downtown Miami skyscraper. The sale represents a roughly $5 million profit.
The Beckhams first scouted the 62-story tower in summer 2019 as construction neared completion, with David then eyeing a move to South Florida while launching his Major League Soccer team, Inter Miami CF. The purchase was made through Beckham Brand Limited, David’s partnership and licensing firm.
One Thousand Museum stands as one of the final projects by Pritzker Prize–winning architect Zaha Hadid, who died suddenly in 2016. It remains one of only two American residential buildings completed by her firm. The tower is distinguished by its sweeping, fluid lines and a striking fiberglass-reinforced exoskeleton that minimizes the need for interior columns. Located across from the Phillip & Patricia Frost Museum of Science and the Pérez Art Museum Miami, the building also features a rooftop helipad, aquatic center, and sundeck.
The Beckhams’ former residence spans the entire 59th floor, offering five bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, and multiple ocean-view terraces. Victoria offered a rare glimpse of the living room in a 2021 social media post, but the couple has otherwise kept the interiors private.
The sale does not mark an exit from Florida. In 2024, the Beckhams paid $72.3 million for a sprawling Miami Beach mansion directly on Biscayne Bay, which they continue to own.
