The Ghana Education Service has clarified that the demotion of a headmaster at Mante D/A Basic School is unrelated to the recent Mr. Beast project.
In a statement released Wednesday, April 8, 2026, the GES emphasized that the popular YouTuber’s initiative at the school followed all required protocols and regulations.
According to the Service, the personnel decision regarding the headmaster was a separate administrative matter and should not be connected to the high-profile project that drew international attention to the school.
The GES did not provide specific details about the reasons for the demotion but stressed that the timing of the two events was coincidental.
“The Mr. Beast project was conducted in full compliance with educational regulations,” a GES representative stated, seeking to dispel any speculation about impropriety.
The clarification comes amid public interest in both the influencer’s educational philanthropy and internal school administration matters.
